Events at the Village Memorial Hall
Sunday 26th February 2012
The inaugural walk of the Risley Ramblers. This is a new walking group set up for local residents and anyone interested in walking our local footpaths. We are looking at one walk a month, doing various routes,locations and distances.
Start time is 2pm at Risley Villlage Hall and we are looking at a walk of approximately One and a half hours to start us off.
Tea and coffee will be provided at the end of the walk.

Queens Diamond Jubilee Monday 4th June
Plans are taking place to celebrate this event at Risley Village Hall.
In the day we are looking at having an afternoon of family entertainment, having stalls, cake stands, dog shows and other events, including live music with songs from the era to set the scene.
In the evening we are having live music with the ever popular 60s band performing in the large marquee we are hiring for the event.
More details will be posted in the coming months, with a full list of events and times.
